1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Transport) (No. 2) Order 2023.
2. Sam Griffin, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, is appointed as Special Adviser to Jack Chambers, Minister of State at the Department of Transport with effect from 1 September 2023.
