S.I. No. 620/2023 - Justice (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the Justice (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2023.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Justice conferred on her -

(a) by or under the enactments specified in Part 1 of the Schedule, and

(b) under the Regulations specified in Part 2 of the Schedule, are delegated to James Browne, Minister of State at the Department of Justice.
