1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Victims of Crime) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 30th day of November 2023 is appointed as the day on which

section 30

(b)(ii) of the

Criminal Justice (Victims of Crime) Act 2017

(No. 28 of 2017) shall come into operation for the District Court sitting in District No. 18.
