1. This Order may be cited as the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 (Allocation of Unique Business Identifier) Order 2023.

2. The functions of the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform under

section 35

(1) of the

Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019

(No. 5 of 2019) are hereby delegated to the Revenue Commissioners.

The Minister for Finance consents to the making of the foregoing Order.
