S.I. No. 481/2023 - Rules of the Superior Courts (Order 74) 2023

1. (1) These Rules, which may be cited as the Rules of the Superior Courts (Order 74) 2023, shall come into operation on the 1st day of October 2023.

(2) These Rules shall be construed together with the Rules of the Superior Courts.

(3) The Rules of the Superior Courts as amended by these Rules may be cited as the Rules of the Superior Courts 1986 to 2023.

2. The Rules of the Superior Courts are amended

(i) by the deletion from Order 74 of rule 94, and

(ii) by the deletion from Appendix M of Form No. 54.

These rules amend the Rules of the Superior Courts by the deletion of Order 74, rule 94 and Form No. 54, Appendix M following establishment of the Corporate Enforcement Authority.

, and of all other powers enabling us in this behalf, do hereby make the following Rules of Court.
