1. This Order may be cited as the Competition (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 27th day of September 2023 is appointed as the day on which the

Competition (Amendment) Act 2022

(No. 12 of 2022), other than section 26, shall come into operation.
