1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Reform Act 2022 (Establishment Day) Order 2023.

day of February 2023 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Electoral Reform Act 2022

(No. 30 of 2022).

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage by

(No. 30 of 2022), this Order appoints 9 February 2023 as the day on which An Coimisiúin Toghcháin is established.
