S.I. No. 28/2023 - Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2023.

2. The 13th day of February 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022

(No. 42 of 2022) come into operation

(a) section 1;

(b) subparagraphs (iii) and (iv) of section 7(a);

(c) paragraph (c) of section 11;

(d) paragraph (b) of section 12;

(e) paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 13;

(f) sections 14, 15 and 16;

(g) section 17 (other than insofar as that section relates to the insertion, in subsection (1) of section 54 of the Principal Act, of paragraph (aa));

(h) section 18;

(i) sections 20, 21 and 22;

(j) section 25.
