S.I. No. 27/2023 - Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2023.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Finance conferred on him by or under subsections (2) and (3) of

section 67

of the

Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010

(No.36 of 2010) are delegated to Jennifer Carroll MacNeill T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Finance.
