S.I. No. 263/2023 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) Order 2023

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) Order 2023.

2. The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in

section 7

(1) of the

National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000

(No. 39 of 2000).

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage consents to the foregoing Order.
