1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach) Order 2023.

2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of each of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Taoiseach with effect from 17 December 2022.
