1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fishing Vessel (Radio Installations Survey) (Revocation) Regulations 2022.

2. The Fishing Vessel (Radio Installations Survey) Regulations 1999 (

S.I. No. 40 of 1999

) are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Fishing Vessel (Radio Installations Survey) Regulations 1999 (S.I. No. 40/1999) as survey requirements for fishing vessels of 15m and over are dealt with elsewhere on the Statute Book and survey requirements for fishing vessels of less than 15m are dealt with in the Code of Practice for the Design, Construction, Equipment and Operation of Small Fishing Vessels of less than 15 metres in length overall.
