S.I. No. 653/2022 - European Union (Sustainability - Related Disclosures in the Financial Services Sector) (Amendment) Regulations 2022

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Sustainability-related Disclosures in the Financial Services Sector) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

2. The European Union (Sustainability-related Disclosures in the Financial Services Sector) Regulations 2021 (

S.I. No. 146 of 2021

) are amended, in Regulation 3, by the deletion of paragraph (a).
