1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Part 9) (Commencement) Order 2022.

day of November 2022 is appointed as the day on which Part 9 of the

Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022

shall come into operation.

The main purpose of these Regulations is to implement Part 9 of the Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022, which amend the Nursing Home Support Scheme as regards the treatment of rental income from a principal residence.
