S.I. No. 489/2022 - Judicial Council Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Judicial Council Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 3rd day of October 2022 is appointed as the day on which the

Judicial Council Act 2019

(No. 33 of 2019), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.

This Order brings into operation those provisions of the

Judicial Council Act 2019

concerning judicial conduct and ethics which are not already in operation. The provisions come into operation on 3 October 2022.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
