1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Provision in Respect of Children with Special Educational Needs) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022.

day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which the

Education (Provision in Respect of Children with Special Educational Needs) Act 2022

(No. 22 of 2022) shall come into operation.
