1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Admission to Schools) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 22

nd

day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which

section 9

of the

Education (Admission to Schools) Act 2018

(No. 14 of 2018), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
