1. This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 2014 (Corporate Enforcement Authority) (Establishment Day) Order 2022.

2. The 7th day of July 2022 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of Chapter 3A (inserted by

section 10

of the

Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021

(No. 48 of 2021)) of Part 15 of the

Companies Act 2014

(No. 38 of 2014).
