S.I. No. 335/2022 - Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 6th day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which the

Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021

(No. 48 of 2021), other than section 35, shall come into operation.
