S.I. No. 331/2022 - Paternity Leave and Benefit Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Paternity Leave and Benefit Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 1st day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which paragraph (b)(iii) of the definition of “relevant parent” in

section 2

(1) of the

Paternity Leave and Benefit Act 2016

(No. 11 of 2016) shall come into operation.
