1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Evidence Act 1992 (Section 13) (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 30th day of June 2022 is fixed as the day on which

section 13

of the

Criminal Evidence Act 1992

(No. 12 of 1992) shall come into operation for a Special Criminal Court.
