S.I. No. 260/2022 - Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2022.

2. The 1st day of June 2022 is appointed as the day on which

section 139

of the

Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020

(No. 16 of 2020) shall come into operation.

This Order appoints 1st June 2022 as the day on which

This provision amends the

Medical Practitioners Act 2007
