1. These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Protection Act 2007 (Grocery Goods Undertakings) (Revocation) Regulations 2022.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1

day of April 2022.

3. The following Regulations are revoked

Consumer Protection Act 2007 (Grocery Goods Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (

S.I. No. 35 of 2016

).
