S.I. No. 112/2022 - Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2022.

2. The 10

th

day of March 2022 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Maritime Area Planning Act 2021

(No. 50 of 2021) shall come into operation

(

a

) section 72;

(

b

) Part 4 (other than Chapter 12); and

(

c

) Part 6.
