1. This Order may be cited as the Child and Family Agency (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 15th day of December 2021 is appointed as the day on which the

Child and Family Agency (Amendment) Act 2021

(No. 34 of 2021) shall come into operation.
