1. This Order may be cited as the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 10

day of February 2021 is appointed as the day on which the

Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020

(No. 32 of 2020) shall come into operation.
