1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2021.

day of July 2021 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019

(No. 47 of 2019) shall come into operation

(

a

) paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 9;

(

b

) section 37 (other than subsections (7) and (8)).
