S.I. No. 151/2021 - Pet Travel (Cats, dogs and ferrets) (Amendment) Regulations 2021

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pet Travel (Cats, dogs and ferrets) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

2. The Pet Travel (Cats, dogs and ferrets) Regulations 2020 (

S.I. No. 141 of 2020

) are amended-

(

a

) in Regulation 7 (2) by substituting “Finland, Malta or Norway” for “Finland, Malta or the United Kingdom”, and

(

b

) in Regulation 8(2) by inserting “Dublin Port,” after “Dublin Airport,”.

This Statutory Instrument amends the Pet Travel (Cats, dogs and ferrets) Regulations 2020 (

) in view of the departure of the UK from the European Union.
