1. This order may be cited as the Health (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2021.

day of March 2021 is appointed as the day on which the

Health (Amendment) Act 2021

(No. 1 of 2021), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.

Health (Amendment) Act 2021

not already commenced in SI 113 of 2021 or SI 124 of 2021 shall come into operation.
