S.I. No. 688/2020 - Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (Part 15) (Commencement) Order 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (Part 15) (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 29

th

day of December 2020 is appointed as the day on which sections 103 and 107 of the

Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020

(No. 23 of 2020) shall come into operation.

3. The 31

st

day of December 2020 at 11.00 p.m. is appointed as the day on which and the time at which Part 15 (except insofar as it already is in operation) of the

Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020

shall come into operation.

This Order provides for the commencement, from 29

Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020

(No. 23 of 2020), except insofar as it is already in operation.
