S.I. No. 680/2020 - Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (Part 5) (Commencement) Order 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (Part 5) (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 31st day of December 2020 at 11.00 p.m. is appointed as the day on which and the time at which Part 5 of the

Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020

(No. 23 of 2020) shall come into operation.
