S.I. No. 669/2020 - Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (Part 12) (Commencement) Order 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (Part 12) (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 23rd day of December 2020 is appointed as the day on which Part 12 of the

Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020

(No. 23 of 2020) shall come into operation.
