S.I. No. 646/2020 - Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Finance conferred on him by or under subsections (2) and (3) of

section 67

of the

Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010

(No. 36 of 2010) are delegated to Seán Fleming, Minister of State at the Department of Finance.
