S.I. No. 62/2020 - Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 7th day of January 2020 is appointed as the day on which Sections 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of the

Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2019

(No. 46 of 2019) shall come into operation.
