1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1

st

day of January 2021.

3. Schedule 1 to the Student Support Regulations 2020 (

S.I. No. 77 of 2020

) is amended in PART A thereof, by the insertion of the following approved institution

“Munster Technological University”

These Regulations are an amendment to the existing principal Regulations (

S.I. No. 77 of 2020

) which prescribe “approved institutions” and other matters for the purposes of the

Student Support Act 2011

.These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment) Regulations 2020.
