1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Members) Regulations 2020.
2. The appropriate number of ordinary members of the Agency shall be as follows
(
a
) representing the interests of consumers — three;
(
b
) representing the interests of retailers — two;
(
c
) representing the interests of distributors — one;
(
d
) representing the interests of processors — four;
(
e
) representing the interests of producers — five.
3. The National Milk Agency (Members) Regulations 1995 (
S.I. No. 234 of 1995
) are revoked.

)) hereby make the following regulations
