S.I. No. 504/2020 - Justice (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Justice (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Justice conferred on her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to James Browne, Minister of State at the Department of Justice.
