1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Irish Financial Services Appeals Tribunal) (Designation) Order 2020.
2. The Irish Financial Services Appeals Tribunal is designated for the purposes of
Section 29
of the
Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020
(No. 13 of 2020).

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3)(a) of
section 29
of the
Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020
(No. 13 of 2020), and being of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so having regard to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (d) of subsection (4) of that section as they relate to the State body to which the following order applies, hereby order as follows
