S.I. No. 416/2020 - Forestry (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2020

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Forestry (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2020.

2. The Forestry Regulations 2017 (

S.I. No. 191 of 2017

) are amended in Regulation 21(3) by substituting “to the public, for purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of doing so,” for “to the public”.
