S.I. No. 394/2020 - Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Health conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to Mary Butler, Minister of State at the Department of Health.

The Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020 delegates to Mary Butler, Minister of State at the Department of Health the statutory powers and duties of the Minister for Health mentioned in the Order.
