1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Records (Exchange of Information) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020.

day of February 2020 is appointed as the day on which the

Criminal Records (Exchange of Information) Act 2019

(No. 51 of 2019) shall come into operation.
