1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Admission to Schools) Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2020.

2. The 12

th

day of November 2020 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Education (Admission to Schools) Act 2018

(No. 14 of 2018) shall come into operation

(

a

) section 7;

(

b

) section 10 (b);

(

c

) paragraphs (c) and (d) of section 12.
