S.I. No. 357/2020 - Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Section 519C(1)) (Prescribed Persons) Order 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Section 519C(1)) (Prescribed Persons) Order 2020.

2. The following persons are prescribed as qualifying savings institutions under paragraph (i) of the definition of “qualifying savings institution” in section 519C(1) of the

Taxes Consolidation Act 1997

(No. 39 of 1997)

(

) Barclays Bank UK PLC.
