2. The 21
st
day of August 2020 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the
Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020
(No. 13 of 2020) shall come into operation
(
a
) Part 1, other than subsections (1), (2) and (4) of section 5;
(
b
) Part 2;
(
c
) Part 3;
(
d
) Part 4, other than sections 23, 24 and 25;
(
e
) Part 5, other than section 32.
