1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 11th day of August 2020 is appointed as the day on which the

Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020

(No. 5 of 2020) shall come into operation.
