S.I. No. 255/2020 - Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2020

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2020.

2. The

Investor Compensation Act 1998

(Prescription of Bodies and Persons) Regulations 2015 (

S.I. No. 395 of 2015

) are amended by the substitution of the following for paragraph (c) of Regulation 2
