S.I. No. 134/2020 - Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) (Revocation) Regulations 2020

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) (Revocation) Regulations 2020.

2. The Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) Regulations 2014 (

S.I. No. 397 of 2014

) are revoked.

The purpose of these regulations is to revoke the Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) Regulations 2014 (

S.I. No. 397 of 2014
