1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Covid-19) Act 2020 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The day on which this Order is made is appointed to be the day on which Part 3 of the

Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Covid-19) Act 2020

(No. 2 of 2020) shall come into operation
