1. This Order may be cited as the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (Section 45(a)) (Commencement) Order 2019.

2 The day fixed as the day on which section 45(a) of the

Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012

(No. 16 of 2012) comes into operation is 1 January 2020.
