1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Prospectus) (Amendment) Regulations 2019.

Amendment of European Union (Prospectus) Regulations 2019

2. The European Union (Prospectus) Regulations 2019 (

S.I. No. 380 of 2019

) are amended in Regulation 3(1)(b), by the substitution of “€8,000,000” for “€5,000,000”.

Amendment of Central Bank Act 1942

3. The

Central Bank Act 1942

(No. 22 of 1942) is amended—

(

a

) in section 33AN(1), in the definition of “designated statutory instrument”, by the substitution of “the European Union (Prospectus) Regulations 2019 (

S.I. No. 380 of 2019

)” for “the European Union (Prospectus) Regulations 2019 (S.I. No. XX of 2019)”, and

(

b

) in Part 2 of Schedule 2, by the substitution of the following for item 40
